My priorities..getting that right
Too many things to do, too little time.
I have a little 'To-do List' on a yellow sticky pad.
The list is never ending, always expanding.
My To-Do List for today
1. Finalise event - is a cocktail fashion show for our product launch...is called The Night of Attraction on 21 Nov
2. Sort out medical shifts for next month
3. Family holiday - planning to go Taiwan in Jan 2009
4. Wedding plan - Ya...i am getting married July next year, there is a sub 'to-do list'
5. Honeymoon - any suggestion?
6. Moving back home to Malaysia - this is a big big project
7. What about Oreo? - Oreo is my baby
8. House hunting
9. Business and office matters
10. Buy air tickets
11. Taxation
12. Buy present for San's house warming
13. Clean house, iron clothes...etc. You know, the weekend stuff
What else? That's all for now i think. As you can see, each task is a big task that need ongoing planning and organising. I am not very good in this.
Dr Dermatini said, you spend most of your time (and money) according to the hierachy of values in your life. All priorities are set according to your values. The higher the value on your list, the more time and energy you are going to spend on it. So, if you want to get your priority right, you must put that value high on your list, if not, you will never get it right.
Anyone want to offer some help? :)
I think someone might be able to offer some help on the house-cleaning department.. heheh (pray hard !!)
Ok, time is precious. I better start working on crossing the list one by one. I know i can do it, just give me more time, I will get there eventually.
Is not about the destination, is about the journey.

Bikram Yoga
I started doing yoga on and off about 1 year ago (I am not a very consistent person). I have heard a lot about Bikram Yoga, but only got into it about 2 months ago.
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 yoga stretching postures and breathing exercise done over 90 minutes in a heated room. Yes, the room is hot! Hot temperature with hot people, is sizzling all the way!
Why the heat? Because it allows greater muscle flexibility, and hence reduce the risk of injury. The heat elevates whole body metabolism, blood flow, heart rate, oxygen requirement and delivery. Every single cell is in action.
It is challenging to stay in the pipping hot room for the whole 90 minutes. Deep breathing, panting, sweat dripping...
The most enjoyable moment comes in when the instructor open the door, only slightly, just a few inches, to allow some cool fresh air coming into the room. It is the best feeling of all, is the climax ! After all the 90 minutes hard work, the determination and willpower, everyone in the room deserve that precious oxygen.
I think is about satisfaction, that I have another challenge and breakthrough for the day. I feel good and happy. I am happy that all the negative energy and toxins are out of my body after all those ' ahhhhhhhhh'. I am all fresh and ready to start a brand new day.
P/S Fai and Sin, I hope you guys enjoy the session too.. the climax i mean. :)
